2. Pricing and Payment Terms

All services are priced based on the scope and complexity of the project. We provide detailed quotes prior to commencing work. Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash.

2.1 Additional Costs

  • Materials and supplies not included in the initial quote
  • Unforeseen site conditions requiring extra work
  • Changes or additions requested by the client after the agreement

3. Scheduling and Appointments

We will schedule services based on mutual availability. Appointments can be booked by contacting our office during business hours. We aim to start and complete projects within the agreed timeframe, but delays may occur due to weather conditions, supply issues, or other unforeseen factors.

3.1 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services with at least 7 days notice. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total service cost.

4.1 Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms and conditions are violated. In such cases, any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

5. Liability and Insurance

We carry comprehensive liability insurance to cover any accidental damage or injuries that may occur during the provision of our services. However, clients are responsible for securing personal property and ensuring the safety of pets and children during our work.

5.1 Damage to Property

While we take utmost care in our work, any damage caused will be reported immediately. We will work with you to rectify the issue promptly and at no additional cost.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We offer a one-year warranty on all planting and installation services. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. For ongoing maintenance services, results may vary based on factors beyond our control.

6.1 Warranty Claims

To claim a warranty, clients must notify us in writing within the warranty period. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate corrective measures.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property during scheduled work times. It is also essential to inform us of any specific requirements or restrictions related to the site to ensure smooth operations.

7.1 Site Preparation

Clients should remove personal belongings and ensure that work areas are clear to prevent accidents and facilitate efficient service delivery.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from our services, we encourage clients to contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated to mediation in accordance with local laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chiswick.
